Women in Boating
MPS Co-owner, Jessica Gatt is proudly is part of the recently formed Boating Industry Associations committee, showcasing women in boating. The committee aims to encourage participation and highlight career pathways for women in the industry.
By shining a light on females currently working and enjoying the industry it hopes to inspire more women to “jump on board” and create positive change and involvement.
